Terms & Conditions

• This service is not suitable for anyone with symptoms of COVID-19, or who has a household member who is displaying symptoms. Please do not book an appointment or come to the Testing Centre if you, or anyone in your household, have symptoms of COVID 19. Instead stay at home and follow government guidelines.

• Please ensure you select the right test for your needs.

• Please fill in the registration form for each person getting tested. Enter your payment details and then book your appointment online for our test centre. 

• Please ensure that you register on the Health Passport Europe app for each person being tested. A clear photo is needed of each person being tested.

• After your appointment, your swab will be analysed and your result will be available on the Health Passport App within 24 - 48hrs after the test. For further information on any aspect of the test, please call on 094 906 7026 or email info@testwell.ie 


Retesting

A small number of swab tests are sometimes inconclusive, and you may require a retest. You will be contacted if you need to have another swab test. You will not be charged for the inconclusive test and will be refunded in full. You will be invited to book a further test (as you are being refunded for the inconclusive test, you will be required to pay for the retest). We will do our best to accommodate re-tests within the required timeframe but this may not always be possible.**
